Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule panel meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation for panel meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of panel activities and decisions.
Facilitate communication between panel members and stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of panel policies and procedures.
Support data collection and analysis, generating reports to inform decision-making.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a panel or committee setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in data management software and tools, such as MS Office and project management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
