Summary
We are looking for reliable, organised individuals to carry out property inventories and inspections.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, professional and looking for flexible independent work. You will be inspecting residential rental properties, taking photographs, recording condition, and submitting reports via our system.
No prior experience is required as full guidance and templates provided.
What the role involves:
- Visiting residential rental properties
- Completing property condition reports (check in, check out, inventory and inspection)
- Taking clear photographs of rooms, fixtures and meter readings
- Uploading reports via our secure system
- Occasionally meeting tenants during check in, check out or inspections
- Collecting and returning keys
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and polite manner
- Comfortable working independently
- Own transport
- Smartphone or tablet with camera
- Good written English
Pay:
On a per property/appointment basis ranging from £60.00 to £110.00.
Typical instructions take 45 to 90 minutest to complete, depending on property size and type.
Payment made within 2 working days of report submission.
