Summary

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Contracts Manager to join our Estate Services team. In this role, you will take responsibility for the operational management of our cleaning, window cleaning, waste removal and parking enforcement contracts. You’ll help ensure our communities receive excellent, reliable services through strong contract performance, value for money and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Estate Services contracts end‑to‑end, ensuring compliance with specifications and effective financial oversight.
- Monitor on‑site performance using RAG scoring, audits and agreed service standards.
- Analyse KPIs and support delivery of positive Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
- Work collaboratively with contractors to drive improvements and resolve issues quickly.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, identifying and sharing learning.
- Visit sites, review works and maintain accurate records to demonstrate value for money.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.
This is a mobile role based in the field in the area – you should be based within a 30‑minute of Weston-Super-Mare.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Contracts Manager - Estate Services, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:

- Experience managing Estate‑related contracts such as cleaning, window cleaning or waste management.
- Experience managing high‑value contracts.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and contractor compliance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and identify trends.
- Competent IT skills across core systems including Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret maps and specifications, including familiarity with GIS tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Flexible approach to working hours.

Please note: This role is not eligible for CoS. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role without requiring a CoS.
