What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for teaching assistants who:
Have a proven ability to support pupils with SEMH needs effectively through the use of dynamic & engaging techniques.
Have the ability to work with a team in a responsive and flexible manner, responding to the instruction and advice of the
provision lead.
Can use their initiative to solve problems.
Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
Are able to lead small groups. 1:1 teaching along with preparing lessons and resources as well as completing paperwork to
demonstrate learning and impact
Can build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
Are flexible, committed to our school and willing to take a full part in the life of our school community.
