Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Matford Brook Academy welcomed its first Year 7 pupils in September 2023, followed by our first Reception cohort in 2024. By September 2026, the school will include classes in Nursery, Preschool, Reception, Year 1, and a mixed Year 2/3 class, alongside a growing secondary phase covering Years 7–10.
The Phase Leader role is a key position within our expanding school. The Phase Leader for Chapter Two will be responsible for the progress and development of pupils in Years 1–4, teaching within this phase while also providing leadership. We are looking for a passionate, reflective practitioner with high expectations and a clear vision to help shape this important stage of our school’s growth.
