Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants to work within our inclusion department. The role will include working with students in all year groups who experience barriers to learning, being a ‘lead worker’ for a specific number of students and coordinating planning, reviewing the impact of provision with parents/carers.
The successful candidates will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and will have excellent communication skills, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
