Your new role

  • Shape and deliver a business development strategy that supports long-term growth.
  • Identify new channels, partnerships, and market opportunities through research and industry insight.
  • Track external trends to inform strategic direction and uncover commercial prospects.
  • Evaluate partnership and business opportunities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Implement channel strategies, negotiate agreements, and support partners with training and resources.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver new initiatives while maintaining compliance and managing risk.


What you will get in return

  • Base salary starting at £55,000 (will increase depending on experience)
