The Role

As an English Teacher, you will inspire a love for literature and language in your students, encouraging them to think critically and express their creativity through vibrant discussions and a variety of texts.

Responsibilities
  • Tailor lessons to meet the needs and learning styles of different students.

  • Teach core English skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

  • Evaluate student progress through varied assessments and projects.

  • Maintain a positive, conducive classroom environment.

  • Encourage students to explore diverse genres to build critical thinking skills.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service.

  • Proven professional teaching references.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
