The Role (What You'll Actually Do)

  • Be the Mentor: Support students 1-on-1, helping them navigate their day and unlock their potential.

  • Keep it Creative: Work with teachers to make lessons vibe with how different students learn.

  • Build Trust: Be a consistent, positive face for students who need someone in their corner.

  • Grow Your Skills: Gain hands-on experience in the SEN sector that looks incredible on any CV.

Are You the One?

We're looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and genuinely cares about social impact.

  • Experience: You've worked with young people with SEN before and loved it.

  • Vibe Check: You're a team player with great communication skills.

  • Safeguarding: You take student safety seriously (this is non-negotiable).

  • The "Must-Haves": You need a car and a license. The school is in a stunning rural spot, but public transport isn't an option.
