Facilities Coordinator
Cambourne
We are seeking a highly visible, customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to act as the primary on-site representative, delivering high-quality facilities, hospitality and workplace support services.
This is a floor-based role, requiring regular presence across the workplace to ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and stakeholders. You will coordinate integrated facilities services while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards.
What you'll do:
Act as the first point of contact for all facilities and hospitality enquiries
Maintain a visible presence through regular floor walks
Coordinate day-to-day FM services including cleaning, waste, technical services and front of house
Support meeting room management, room layouts and basic AV checks
Manage visitor experience including reception cover and inductions
Coordinate hospitality services, including ordering, set-up and clear-down
Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and water flushing
Support Health & Safety compliance, audits and contractor RAMS documentation
Liaise with landlord, building management and service partners
Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and company requirements
