Summary

Location: Aimbridge Hospitality

Be the calm behind the complexity and the trusted partner behind our EMEA leadership team in this Glasgow based, hybrid role.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant for Aimbridge’s EMEA division, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the executive team to operate at their best. Acting as a trusted partner, you will bring structure, pace and discretion to a fast-moving, international environment, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and the business continues to operate seamlessly.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working at senior level, confident in their judgement, and able to bring clarity to complexity. You will be relied upon not only to support, but to anticipate, spotting issues before they escalate, improving ways of working, and creating the space for leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the EMEA executive team, you will manage complex diaries and international travel across multiple time zones, coordinating high-level meetings, forums and events end to end. You will prepare agendas, briefing papers and follow-up actions, ensuring meetings are focused and decisions turn into outcomes.

Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will handle sensitive correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Alongside day-to-day executive support, you will own meeting governance, budget tracking and expense management, and act as a key liaison for supplier and procurement activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring several years’ experience operating in a senior Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within a complex or international organisation. You’ll be highly organised, calm under pressure and able to balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Strong communication skills are essential, as is the confidence to work with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have sound business insight, a proactive mindset and a natural sense of accountability, holding yourself and others to high standards while building trusted, collaborative relationships.

Above all, you’ll be someone who values integrity, discretion and trust, and who takes genuine pride in enabling others to succeed.

What We Can Offer You

In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a high-impact role at the heart of a growing EMEA business, with exposure to international operations and executive decision-making. You’ll be supported to develop your skills, broaden your experience and grow your career within a global hospitality organisation that truly puts people first.

You’ll also be able to access a suite of benefits including

  • Industry leading training and leadership development opportunities
  • Hotel discounts worldwide – Staff rates and up to 50% discount on food & beverage and spa
  • 24/7 access to our employee assistance programme
  • Career and lifestyle breaks – Allowing you to take time off for key life events.
