Key Duties
  • Lead and motivate a team of production operatives.

  • Drive output to meet production schedules and deadlines.

  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP and quality control standards.

  • Coach, train, and develop new and existing team members.

  • Maintain accurate production and compliance records.

  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Proven Team Leader experience within manufacturing is essential.

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to drive results.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
