Summary
The post holders key role will be to provide quality services and to advance practice within the Hepatology team and service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician with extensive medicines management experience together with advanced IT skills, who has a robust understanding of the pharmacy as a whole, specifically the ward-based service. The post holder will work autonomously in the liver division, attending MDMs and actioning discussions around medicines, liaising with the outpatient pharmacy team and working in clinic independently. The applicant must hold ACPT accreditation as well as medicines management accreditation .
