Summary
To assist with and take a shared responsibility for the welfare, learning and development of children attending the Preschool by working with initiative and creativity to foster an environment that encourages the children's development.
To work as a member of a team under the direction of the manager to ensure the children receive high quality care and access to exciting and stimulating learning opportunities in accordance with the statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
