Salary: £60,000–£62,000 + £5,700 car allowance + 15% bonus

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Capability Manager to design, develop and deliver impactful capability programmes for our
manufacturing managers across all sites.




About the Role

This is a high-impact role focused on equipping our first-time supervisors through to managers of managers with the skills,
knowledge and confidence to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.




You’ll build practical, hands-on programmes that embed strong coaching, performance management and leadership capability directly
onto the factory floor.




Key responsibilities include:

* Designing and delivering manager capability programmes tailored to manufacturing
* Embedding coaching, feedback and performance management skills
* Supporting succession planning and development of high-potential leaders
* Measuring learning adoption and driving continuous improvement
* Ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety principles are integrated into all development activity
* Collaborating with L&D and site leadership teams to align with wider organisational frameworks




This is a home-based role with regular travel to our UK manufacturing sites, working closely with site leadership teams to ensure
real workplace application and impact.




What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience designing and delivering leadership or manager development programmes within manufacturing
* Strong understanding of coaching, performance management and applied leadership in production environments
* Experience working across multi-site operations
* A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills
* A coaching mindset with resilience and adaptability
* L&D, HR or management development qualifications are desirable.

* Improved manager confidence and leadership capability
* Stronger application of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
* Tangible improvements in performance and operational discipline
* Programmes delivered on time, within budget and adopted across sites
