Your new opportunity
Arrows Drug & Alcohol Services is dedicated to aiding individuals and families impacted by substance issues in Moray. Our mission is to provide accessible recovery pathways, support, and challenge stigma, guiding individuals toward sustainable recovery through confidential in-house services and outreach initiatives. Working collaboratively with Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service and Health and Social Work colleagues for psychosocial interventions, National standards support, harm reduction, and early interventions.
In this position, you will assist the Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service and managing our dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include providing supervision and ensuring the team's professional development is up to date. You will also support their continued growth by helping them acquire the necessary skills for their roles. The post holder will have a significant role in serving as a positive role model for the team, contributing to service improvement, leading meetings, and assisting with treatment plans.
Additionally, you will help the organisation achieve its strategic goals by ensuring the effective delivery of a Drug & Alcohol Service in Moray for individuals and families affected by substance use. You will provide day-to-day management for the integrated Adult & family recovery service, ensuring that the highest standards of service provision are met in accordance with National Standards, Commissioning, and Scottish Government standards
This is a full-time permanent role, working 39 hours per week.
