Job Title: Cleaning Working Team Leader
Location: Harlow, CM20 2DB
Hours:
• Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00
About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy team leader to join our team in Har-low. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the factory and office areas. Complete time sheets. Check cleaning standards around the site.
"O I Glass operates 365 days a year. Employees may be required to work on bank holidays includ-ing Easter and Christmas day and boxing day, which will be compensated at a higher rate of pay of £20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean the factory floor using a scrubber dryer machine (experience essential)
• Sweep, mop, and dust office and factory areas
• Empty bins in and around the factory
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to a high standard
• Use your own initiative to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Complete time sheets and cleaning orders
Requirements:
• Proven experience using a scrubber dryer machine
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
