Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Term Time – Up to £14.50 – 40 hours per week

Before You Apply

- Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
- This role is term time only and follows school holiday closures.

- Rate of Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
- Strong working knowledge of EYFS
- Confidence managing a small key group
- Understanding of safeguarding requirements
Desirable
- Montessori training or experience in a Montessori nursery
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
What You’ll Do
- Deliver planned learning activities in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
- Prepare and maintain indoor and outdoor classroom environments
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress
- Support children’s independence through practical life activities
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with parents and colleagues regarding development and daily routines
