The Role
Do you know your bearings, power transmission or engineering consumables inside out and enjoy turning technical knowledge into real sales results? Are you confident building lasting customer relationships while spotting new opportunities across your patch? If so, this External Sales Executive role could be the next step in your career.
As an External Sales Executive, you will manage and grow an established customer base across the Midlands while developing new business opportunities. You’ll spend most of your time on the road meeting customers, understanding their challenges, and offering practical solutions that reduce downtime and keep their operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, field-based role with real autonomy. You’ll plan your own diary, supported by an experienced internal team and strong technical knowledge from head office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts
• Identify and win new business across the region
• Promote bearings, power transmission and engineering consumables
• Prepare quotations and process orders accurately
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly sales targets
• Work closely with internal technical support to provide tailored solutions

The Person
We’re looking for an External Sales Executive who is practical, organised and confident dealing with customers at all levels.
You will have:
• Proven external sales experience, ideally within engineering or industrial products
• Strong product or technical understanding
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated, target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
