Summary
Sense now has fantastic opportunities for Support Workers in Ottery St Mary, Devon.
At Sense, we’re looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team at Otterhayes. We are offering £12.50 per hour for this rewarding and meaningful role.
These are permanent positions, working up to 37.5 hours per week. Hours and shift patterns can be discussed further at interview to help find what works best for you.
Sense Otterhayes is a welcoming cluster of supported living services (7 properties) and one residential care home (supporting 5 people). Our services offer wonderful, shared spaces including a poly tunnel where people grow their own fruit and vegetables, an art room, and a small studio for creative activities.
It’s an exciting time to join Otterhayes as we move forward with ambitious plans to grow, develop and create even more opportunities for the people we support.
Because of our location, it is desirable that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. We offer free staff parking on site.
This role in Ottery St Mary might include supporting people with:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Their social life and nightlife.
