We are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace Services Co-ordinator to act as the single point of contact supporting Capgemini building users.​

The purpose of this role is to ensure safety and compliance across the site you manage, while maintaining high-quality support for employees and visitors.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who will work closely with the ISS Workplace Services team to keep the site compliant and running smoothly.

This is a genuine opportunity to develop your career while strengthening client relationships and supporting the long-term success of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe working practices and embed the Safety Together culture across all processes.

Build strong client relationships and act as the main contact for Capgemini building users.

Maintain KPIs, drive recovery actions, and support commercial tasks such as purchase orders, stationery and milk orders.

Manage order processing and support system use, including Time & Attendance and Serviceteam.

Evaluate processes and products to improve KPIs/SLAs and support management information reporting.

Work closely with the helpdesk on SLA performance, manage PPMs, and turn site data into actionable insights.

Lead compliance by managing ISS and Capgemini audit calendars and closing out required actions.

Manage subcontractors, RAMS, work delivery, and oversee the cleaning team, including performance and COSHH.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Computer literate and confident using a range of software packages (training provided for CAMF).

Comfortable working independently on site and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

High standard of written and verbal communication.

Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time-management skills.

Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Engaging, enthusiastic, inquisitive and energetic, with a positive, flexible, team-focused attitude.
