Brightwork are delighted to be partnering with a leading global premium consumer brand business to recruit a Payroll and Reward Advisor to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational excellence across payroll, pensions, and benefits in a complex, international environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Reward Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of Payroll and Reward operations in the UK and internationally. You will oversee day-to-day payroll governance, contribute to reward initiatives, and ensure robust compliance across employment tax and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll delivery, ensuring robust controls and governance
• Manage payroll approvals and support global payroll best practice initiatives
• Partner with HR, Finance, Risk, and external providers to deliver seamless reward operations
• Oversee UK pensions and benefits administration, including renewals and payroll integration
• Lead statutory reporting (including P11D and PSA) and act as SME for audits
• Support annual salary and bonus review cycles
• Maintain and enhance reward procedures and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Provide guidance to junior team members and act as key contact for employee reward queries
• Liaise with HMRC and ensure compliance with UK employment tax regulations

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in Reward or Payroll
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll, employment taxes, and compliance
• Experience with payroll and HR systems (ADP advantageous; SAP/SuccessFactors beneficial)
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing stakeholders and deadlines
• Professional, solutions-focused, and discreet
• CIPP qualification desirable
