Are you passionate about supporting young people who have experienced domestic abuse?

Do you want to be part of an innovative project that listens to young people, values their experiences, understands the impact of trauma in their reactions and behaviours and supports them to move forward?

At Young Devon, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Since 2023, we have been delivering a highly regarded Domestic Abuse service for young people and families. For the past year we have received additional funding to support DA experienced young people who are showing challenging behaviours in their own relationships through our Empowering Voices work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to co-ordinate and lead this combined project and play an integral part in shaping and developing the service as it moves into its next phase.

This is a dual-role position, combining coordination of the operational delivery of the project with holding a small caseload of young people. You will play a key role in ensuring the service is effective, responsive, and centred on the needs of young people.
