Summary
With continued focus on course improvements at Blyth Golf Club we are looking to add to our greenkeeping team.
We are seeking to employ an experienced, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to assist in the preparation and maintenance of the golf course whilst continuously delivering high standards. A can-do attitude is essential, as is ability to work flexible hours in all weather conditions to meet the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have: -
• Previous, proven experience as a greenkeeper
• Experience in Sports Turf Maintenance (or equivalent). Ability to undertake daily turf maintenance and preparation to high standards.
• Able to achieve a high level of attention to detail in all tasks being undertaken.
• Highly motivated and productive with a strong work ethic and able to work as part of a close team.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and members.
• Ability to carry out a variety of tasks that will require flexibility in skill sets.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Always maintain healthy and safe working practices.
