Summary
The Residential Support Worker at Support Assist Ltd will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment for children and young people with complex emotional, social, behavioural, and mental health needs, some of whom may be subject to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) or equivalent legal frameworks.
This role focuses on promoting safety, stability, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes, while ensuring care is delivered in line with care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding legislation, and regulatory requirements.
