Summary
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage the school’s administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with the organisation of school events and activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
• Support teachers and staff with clerical tasks, including document preparation and filing.
Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations (Preferred).
• Proficiency in the use of Bromcom and/or Cpoms.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders (Essential).
• Experience in administrative roles with a solid understanding of office procedures (Essential).
• Competent in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy (Essential).
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently .
• Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management.
