We are seeking a diligent and detail-focused Quality Auditor to support the delivery of high-quality operational standards through regular audits, trend analysis and compliance activity.​

In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that internal procedures, regulatory requirements and OneISS programme standards are consistently met.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can confidently assess operational risks, report on compliance performance and help drive continuous improvement across multiple operating units.

This position requires weekly auditing activity, including travel to sites, plus ongoing support in maintaining a strong and efficient management systems framework.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits 1–2 times per week, documenting all findings and reporting back to management.

Analyse trends arising from corrective actions and identify areas for improvement.

Support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory demands and external business standards.

Provide operational support for the OneISS programme to ensure risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.

Audit and verify adoption of OneISS processes and solutions across operating units.

Collaborate with the compliance management team to share best practice and support a standardised approach.

Prepare electronic audit reports, presenting results and recommendations to management.

Provide accurate and timely monthly operational reports to the Quality Manager.

Manage risk reviews, ensuring correct identification and evaluation of risks and controls.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Practical, demonstrable audit experience.

Proven track record in delivering operational Quality solutions.

Knowledge of Quality Standards and Management Systems Standards.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage employees, directors and clients.

High levels of drive, resilience and professional integrity.

FM or construction experience (preferred but not essential).

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certificate (essential).

Full driving licence required due to travel.
