Summary

Reporting to the South Holland Centre Manager, your role will be to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers and to assist the manager and front of house team in delivering our varied programme of music, live theatre, comedy and functions.
Your duties will be to process customer bookings, answer telephone queries and ensure the smooth running of shows and events. You will also assume the role of Duty Manager when required, ensuring the building and team is managed effectively during opening hours and events.
To be successful, you will need:
Experience working in a customer-focused environment is required.
A willingness to work weekends and evenings and to work flexibly across the year.
Able to engage with a diverse range of people in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
Experience managing a venue, or a team would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given. An interest in theatre and performing arts would be advantageous!
