Summary
Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Transferable Experience)
Location: Rock Ferry
Pay: £95 Per Day
Working pattern: Full-Time, Term-Time
Contract: Starting from Feb/Mar onwards
Your new role
You will be working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant within the EYFS, supporting a child who requires additional help to fully access the curriculum. Your role will include delivering tailored support, helping the pupil develop social and communication skills, and working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement strategies that promote progress and engagement. This is a rewarding and vital role in which you will make a meaningful difference every day.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have:
- Strong experience working within EYFS, ideally in a 1:1 capacity.
- OR a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher).
- A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting young children.
- The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
- Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
