Summary
Our client is currently seeking a General Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis (for the right candidate). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the manufacturing industry.
Position: General Operative
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM (30-minute break)
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with operations on the Flowline
General duties as required within the manufacturing environment
Ensuring product quality and safety standards are met
Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
The Right Candidate Will Have:
A good eye for detail and precision in their work
Ability to work to instructions and follow clear processes
A passion to succeed and contribute to team goals
Ability to read drawings and work from technical instructions
A strong focus on working to processes and maintaining consistency in production
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is essential
Experience in the spring industry is advantageous, but not a requirement
