Practice Nurse Were looking for a passionate Practice Nurse to join our team at Penrose Health, where were redefining what primary care can be. This isnt just another GP practice role, its an opportunity to make a real difference in communities that need it most. As part of our connected nursing network, youll deliver safe, evidence-based care across a range of services, from managing long-term conditions and running health promotion clinics to providing cervical screening, immunisations, and wound care. Youll work closely with GPs, Pharmacists, HCAs, and Nursing Associates in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration and innovation. At Penrose, we invest in your growth.
