Summary
The Trustis required towork in line with the Governments UK Visa and Immigration Rules and Regulations. For more information about sponsorship for certain roles, please visit -https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas The post holder will be responsible for: Provision of care for patients with primary and secondary Lymphoedema within all care institutions, including the patients home, across the county. Promote and behave consistently with the Trust values and promote these on a daily basis. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Provide advice, education and support to patients with Lymphoedema or Lipoedema to aid self-management. Liaise with a variety of teams including healthcare, social care, voluntary and the independent sector, to ensure access to appropriate services. Provide education to patients and healthcare professionals within multidisciplinary teams. Always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and act as a role model to colleagues.
