Are you a creative, compassionate educator who thrives on helping pupils overcome barriers to learning? We are looking for an experienced Primary Intervention Teacher to work across schools in Coventry and Warwickshire, supporting children who may not yet be meeting their expected goals.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks differently, adapts quickly, and believes every child can succeed with the right support.

About the Role

As a Primary Intervention Teacher, you will:

Deliver targeted intervention sessions to pupils who require additional support


Identify learning gaps and tailor teaching to meet individual needs


Use a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners


Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families


Monitor progress and adjust approaches to ensure positive outcomes


Work collaboratively with school teams to provide consistent, high-quality support

Has proven experience in primary intervention or similar support roles


Understands the needs of pupils who may be underachieving or struggling


Can think outside the box and adapt teaching creatively


Is a strong communicator who can work effectively with pupils and staff
