Hours: Wednesday 1pm to 5pm, 9am to 5pm Thursday and FridayContract Type: Job Share / Part-Time..19 hours per week
Location: Tamworth (office based) About the Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part‑time job‑share basis. You will provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of the office, working closely with your job‑share colleague to deliver seamless cover across the week. Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the main point of contact for reception and incoming phone calls
- Managing hotel bookings and liaising with agencies and external partners
- General office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Producing, updating, and maintaining client contracts in line with company standards, ensuring consistent communication and handover within the job‑share arrangement
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes
- Working collaboratively with your job‑share partner to ensure continuity and smooth workflow across shared responsibilities
About You We are looking for someone who is:- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with colleagues, visitors, and external partners
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Competent using standard office software and systems
- Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
