Job description

Fixed term until 22/08/26, working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Colchester Borough Homes are looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small but busy Finance Team.

As part of the team, you will work along with other Accounts Officers and will be in contact with many stakeholders in the company as well as the Council.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in processing high volume of invoices
• Experience in working with different systems
• Experience in balancing speed and accuracy

You will be:

• Flexible in your approach to work
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Ability to embrace change and to contribute to efficient ways of working
• Committed to providing an excellent service to our customers.
