About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate level 2/3 early years’ practitioner to join our friendly team within a very busy established nursery. You must have a full and relevant level 2/3 qualification in Early Years.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children from birth to five years’ old and enhancing their learning and development. The person will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a large setting, prioritising workloads and managing tasks, knowledge of tapestry is also an advantage.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 11:30-2:30 term time only.
About the person
The successful candidate will:
Hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
Have a good understanding of safeguarding (a safeguarding qualification is desirable).
Ideally have SEN training and paediatric first aid (desirable but not essential).
Show professionalism at all times.
Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable but not essential; training will be provided).
Be a positive, fun individual with a good sense of humour and a bubbly personality.
