What You’ll Do
Build and manage rotas that prioritise continuity and person‑centred care
Support care staff with guidance, communication, and day‑to‑day coordination
Maintain accurate care plans, records, and compliance standards
Respond quickly and calmly to changes, ensuring seamless service delivery
Build positive relationships with service users and their families
What You Bring
Experience in domiciliary care or care coordination
Strong organisation and communication skills
A caring, professional approach with a commitment to quality
Confidence using care systems and digital tools
A full UK driving licence
Level 4 in Adult Care preferably
