About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO with a strong commitment to Nurture Education to join our inclusive school in the London Borough of Brent. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking for a part-time (4 days per week) role within a supportive, values-led school.

You will lead SEND provision with a strong focus on nurture, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice, supporting pupils with SEND, particularly those with SEMH and additional needs, to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfil the statutory duties of the SENCO role in line with the SEND Code of Practice

Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or is willing to work towards it)
