Specialist SEN Support Assistant - All-Age Provision
Location: Redruth, Cornwall
Working Pattern: Term-time only
Pay: £85-£95 per day
We are working in partnership with a welcoming specialist school in Redruth to recruit a Specialist SEN Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people of all ages with complex and additional needs, helping them feel safe, valued, and ready to engage with learning.
Learners may have ASD, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, and other complex needs. This role would suit someone who is patient, compassionate, and motivated by making a meaningful difference every day.
As a Specialist SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both wellbeing and learning by:

Delivering structured routines and implementing sensory regulation strategies

Supporting pupils with adapted learning resources and personalised activities

Providing personal care support where required (full training provided)
