Key responsibilities and duties of the Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant include:
- Providing individualised academic support and guidance to a designated student
- Reinforcing and explaining lesson content to facilitate the student's understanding
- Assisting the student with homework, project work, and other academic tasks
- Developing and implementing effective learning strategies and interventions
- Monitoring the student's progress and adapting support as needed
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the student's learning and development
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system
- Promoting the student's independence and self-confidence in the learning process
- Attending training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills

- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or a related field
- Proven experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student learning and development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
