Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start (Mile End)
Daily Rate: £95-£105
Requirements: DBS on the Update Service + Early Years SEN experience

This well‑established school is known for its nurturing ethos, child‑centred practice, and strong provision for pupils with additional needs. Staff work collaboratively to create a happy, stimulating environment where every child is supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
We are looking for a patient, proactive, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will play a key role in adapting activities, supporting communication, and helping the child access learning in a meaningful, engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 SEN support within an Early Years setting
- Assist with learning activities, communication development, and play‑based learning
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Experience working in Early Years
- Proven SEN experience
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient approach
- Availability to start immediately
