Pencoed | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

Introduction

Acorn Recruitment is seeking experienced Electricians Mates / Improvers to join a commercial project in Pencoed. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy site with an established construction team.

The Role

You will be supporting electricians on a commercial project, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix duties and assisting with high-level containment works. IPAF is required due to the nature of the installation work.

Key Duties
  • Assisting with 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation work.

  • Supporting containment installation at high level.

  • Working closely with electricians and site teams.

  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience on commercial projects.

  • Valid ECS / CSCS card.

  • IPAF qualification (essential).

  • 17th Edition and NVQs advantageous but not essential.

  • Reliable and able to work to site deadlines.

Hours & Duration
  • Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm.

  • 6-month contract.
