We are expanding our compassionate team and are looking for Complex Community Care Assistants to join us in delivering exceptional care that truly changes lives.
What you’ll do:

Offering companionship and emotional reassurance.
Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in condition to the care management or clinical team.
Working closely with families, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Caring, compassionate, and reliable, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Experienced in supporting people with complex needs, especially MND, spinal injury, or similar conditions (preferred).
Able to work flexibly – days, nights, weekends, or on a rota basis.
A confident communicator, able to follow care plans and report clearly.
A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.
Experienced in care required.
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive pay: £13.50–£15.00 per hour (based on client complexity).
