Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our busy Business Support Team providing valuable support to all departments within the Council

As a Business Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the Business Support Team, understanding the requirements of each service area and continuously adapting the team’s ways of working to meet the business needs.

We’re looking for an individual who has experience in:

• Managing employees
• Business and administrative activities and systems
• Dealing with the public

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have excellent organisational/time management skills
• Have the ability to lead, influence and motivate the team

Your normal place of work will be at the Council Offices, Beeston. However, from time to time you will be expected to attend Kimberley Depot. The Council may require you to work at any other Council location.
