Summary
Working with a range of teams, from technology and strategy to design, you’ll create integrated design artefacts (capability models, value streams, operating models) that reflect the interplay between strategic vision and operational delivery and support implementation across the Home Office.
With your expert knowledge, you will anticipate emerging challenges, set direction for major transformation efforts, and champion best practices gleaned from frameworks like Bizbok.
You’ll also maintain strong alliances with other architecture professions and cross-government architecture communities, leveraging shared insights and facilitating continuous improvement.
Through robust stakeholder engagement, you’ll identify new avenues for enhancement, highlight risks and catalyse timely decisions that uphold efficiency, security, and high-quality citizen services.
Serving as a mentor and coach, you’ll foster a supportive environment for business architects and related disciplines, enabling them to develop new skills and adopt leading-edge methods.
Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that the Home Office remains adaptive, resilient, and effective in its mission to protect the public while upholding the highest standards of delivery.
