GRADE 2 - Scale Point

£15.31 per hour (includes holiday pay)

Casual, Term-Time Only

Hours between 8am – 4pm



The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint Casual Exams Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations at Prince Albert High School. This is a casual, term‑time only role with work dates confirmed in advance.

We are looking for applicants who are available during the busy GCSE exam period from May to June. Additional work may be available throughout the year during other exam periods, typically in January, February, March, April and November.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the administration and organisation of examinations in line with JCQ regulations.
- Supervise students during exams to ensure a calm, orderly and supportive environment, including monitoring students with exam clashes between sessions.
- Work with individual students or groups as required.
- Prepare exam rooms, lay out materials, and ensure correct distribution and collection of exam papers according to JCQ guidelines.
- Help maintain the integrity, security, and smooth running of all examinations.
- Attend full training provided to JCQ standards – no previous experience required.

Hours:
- Flexible, based on exam timetables and your own availability.
- Work is primarily during the main exam seasons in May and June.
- Morning and afternoon exam sessions available.
