Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates to match their skills with suitable placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with employers to understand their staffing needs and placement criteria.
Guide candidates through the application and interview process, providing resources and support.
Collaborate with team members to improve placement strategies and outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate placement success, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions for candidates to enhance their employability.
Utilize data management systems to track candidate progress and placement statistics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, placements, or a similar advisory role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate qualifications and employer needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment and placements.
Proficiency in using computer software and data management systems relevant to recruitment and placements.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 17:00
