Claims Bordereaux Analyst
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £37,000 + Bonus & Benefits

IPS Group is partnering with a well-established global specialty insurer to recruit a Claims Bordereaux Analyst in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in claims oversight, delegated authority and governance within a collaborative business.

The role reports to the Claims Delegated Authority Manager and focuses on oversight and management of delegated claims, rather than direct claims handling. You will monitor and review claims bordereaux, produce reporting and metrics, ensure data quality, and liaise with provider escalating any delegated authority breaches.

The position has a strong compliance and governance element, supporting conduct risk activities and ensuring delegated claims operate in line with Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements. There is also a relationship element, managing outsourced provider queries and liaising with governance teams.

The role suits someone with experience in claims data or bordereaux who wants to develop further within claims oversight and delegated authority. Familiarity with Lloyd’s regulations, delegated authority frameworks, and claims reporting is helpful, along with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

The business offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, strong benefits, and hybrid working, with clear scope for career progression within a global specialty insurer.
