What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering one-to-one and group-based learning interventions for ASD students
• Supporting social communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
• Collaborating daily with SENCOs, teachers, therapists, and pupil families
• Designing and adapting materials to individual needs of each learner
• Reinforcing positive behaviour strategies and celebrating student progress
• Recording insights, tracking outcomes, and contributing to EHCP reviews
