Recycling Operative – Immediate Start
Location: Stallingborough, Grimsby (DN41)
Industry: Waste Management & Plastic Recycling
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week, Monday to Friday
Break: 1-hour unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities
• Working on a production line sorting and segregating recyclable and non-recyclable plastics
• Supporting recycling operations to ensure high-quality output
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet site targets

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous recycling, production, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
